为了减轻团队的工作压力，增强凝聚力。SUNRISE开展了以“跨越拐点，同心同行”为主题的3天团队建设活动。

1. Card Escape
纸牌逃亡记
The team is divided into 2 groups, each group blows the cards on the cups of various mixed liquids with their mouths in turn, and the team who blows all the cards will drink the mixed liquid together.
团队分为2组，每组依次用嘴吹掉多种混合液杯子上的纸牌，纸牌全部吹落者，其团队一起喝下这杯混合液。
2. Crab Race
螃蟹赛跑
Two groups of members stand at opposite ends of the field, and each group delivers the hula hoop to their teammates in turn, and the team that completes the relay first wins. During the process, your hands cannot touch the hula hoop, and the hula hoop cannot touch the ground. If the hula hoop falls, you need to return to the starting point and start again.
两组成员分别站在场地两端，各组成员依次将呼啦圈运送给队友，最先完成接力的团队获胜。过程中，手不能碰呼啦圈，呼啦圈不能着地，若呼啦圈掉落，则需返回起点重新开始。
3. Who Is The Undercover
谁是undercover
Each team has the same number of players, and each person randomly draws a card. There is a word on the card that is different from other words. The different words are undercover. Each person needs to describe the words they have drawn in one sentence in each round. After each round of description, they will vote for who is the undercover.
每队各派相同人数的队员，每人随机抽取一张卡牌，卡牌上有一个词语和其他词语不一样，不一样的词语就是undercover。每人每轮需要用一句话描述自己抽到的词语，每轮描述完毕后，投票选出谁是undercover。
4. Ping Pong Relay
乒乓球接力
Two groups of members, each in a group of two, pass the pingpong with a wool track relay, and the last person catches the ball with a cup and then throws the ball. The team with the most pitches wins.
两组成员，每2个人一组，用毛线轨道接力传递乒乓球，最后一人用杯子接球，再投球。每队投球数量多者获胜。
5. Cross The River With Stone
摸石过河
Members of each group step on the foam bricks in turn to perform a round-trip relay. During the competition, their feet cannot touch the ground. The first team to complete the relay wins.
每组成员依次踩在泡沫砖上进行往返接力，比赛过程中，脚不能着地。最先完成接力的团队获胜。
6. Cardboard Pass Flour
卡纸传粉
The members divided into two groups bite the cardboard with their mouths, and use the cardboard to pass the flour in turn. And the one who passes the most flour wins.。
分成两组的成员，依次用嘴巴咬住卡纸，用卡纸传递面粉，传递面粉量多者获胜。
7. Digital Shower
数字淋浴
This round of games is not divided into groups, 4 players per round. Before the competition, the host writes down a number, and the participating members guess the number. After each member finishes guessing, the host will prompt the member whether the number is more or less. Those who guess the right number will receive a water polo shower penalty.
本轮游戏不分组，每轮4人。比赛前，主持人写下一个数字，参赛成员猜这个数字，每个成员猜完后，主持人会提示该成员的数字是大了还是小了。猜中数字成员将会接受水球淋浴惩罚。
